Our learning and development group is focused on building and delivering trainings, seminars, and workshops that cultivate talent and help enrich and enable key payroll, traffic, premium service and technology processes to succeed. This group is charged with leading the way in growing and extending the Talent Partners education model around industry trends, "best practices" in talent, traffic, and technology, and helping deliver that knowledge in ways that are accessible, customized and compelling.

- Cerno – This course is designed to provide a foundation for the basic usage of CERNO, the Talent Partners web-enabled Holding Fee application.
- CPC – The CPC course is designed to instruct clients on how to use the Commercial Planning Calendar software program. The CPC is an effective tool to help clients manage expiration dates for music licenses, property releases, talent contracts, and guarantees.
- Estimating – Clients learn how to forecast talent costs for sessions and residuals using the Session Estimate and Easy Estimating applications.
- PC Talent – This course instructs clients on how to navigate and process work through the Talent Partners payment system.

- ACTRA Seminar – Review and discuss the terms and conditions for producing commercials in Canada.
- Print 101
- Talent 101 – This seminar provides the fundamentals of dealing with performers and clients when producing commercials.
- Traffic 101 – Become introduced to the basic concepts and practices needed to effectively traffic a commercial.
